How to request deletion
- Email zub165@yahoo.com from the email you used in the app.
- Include your account email/username and write:
Please delete my Doctor On Call account and associated data. - If you have multiple accounts, list each email/username to delete.
What will be deleted
- Account profile details associated with your user.
- Uploaded documents/attachments associated with your account.
- Appointment records associated with your account, where legally permitted.
Processing time
Most requests are processed within 7–30 days, depending on verification and legal requirements.
Data retention exceptions
Some data may be retained when required by law, for security/audit, or to resolve disputes. If retention applies, we will explain what is retained and why.
